Agrártudományi Kutatoòközpont – ATK

ATK is the largest agricultural research centre in Hungary. The Agricultural Institute of ATK carries out research in the field of fundamental and applied research mainly related to cereals. The institute has great achievements in the field of wheat and maize breeding (also for organic sites). It maintains Hungary’s largest cereal genebank, which holds many CWRs frequently used in prebreeding.
