At the 188th EAAE Seminar in Chania (Greece) from 12 to 13th September 2024, chaired by our COUSIN member Kostadinos Mattas (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki), the use of biodiversity for sustainable food systems will be a central topic.
We from COUSIN will contribute to this seminar with a keynote speech from our coordinator Christian Schöb (Universidad Rey Juan Carlos) entitled “More biodiversity for a more sustainable and resilient agriculture” and with a talk from Kata Fodor (Environmental Social Science Research Group) entitled “The role of policy in the use of Crop Wild Relatives and the enhancement of agrobiodiversity in Europe”.
